Portside is highly configurable to meet the needs of your operation and your customers. Our onboarding & implementation team, led by a dedicated account manager, is here to help you every step of the way: from the initial setup to developing product enhancements necessary to support your unique requirements.
Following implementation, we typically conduct 2-3 training sessions with your team to make sure everyone feels comfortable using our platform. On-demand follow-up sessions are available to train new team members. Contact your account manager to schedule a training session.
Once live, customers have access to a dedicated US and Europe based support team that is able to assist you in real time.
