Senior Customer Success Specialist

Remote, Central/Western European time zone

At Portside (, we are developing a modern, cloud-based operating system for business aviation: a set of integrated solutions addressing major industry pain points. Our platform supports over 150 operators of business jet, helicopter, medevac and government fleets, as well as fractional jet ownership programs, charter brokers and others in the business aviation industry. We are based in San Francisco with a fully remote team spread across the US, Europe and Asia. Our founding team comes from Y Combinator, Harvard, Berkeley, Bain & Co. and has prior experience building successful companies. We are profitable, fast growing, well financed and are on a mission to digitize the business aviation industry.

We are looking for a smart, punctual & attentive to details person who is willing to take on data entry processes and have an interest in software applications used by business jet operators in the US, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.

You will work closely with customers, sales and product managers to:

  • Provide support services for customers: data entry & data verification; setting up, monitoring and fixing data loading scripts; creating mappings and configurations for data imports
  • Communicate with customers to ensure they're receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their goals
  • Perform administration of existing accounts and onboard new customers
  • Cooperate with the product management team on development requests
  • Analyzing data and performance


  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Specialist (or similar position)
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ready to work remotely from 13 to 21 CET time zone
  • Neat, capable to work with a large volume of numbers
  • Punctual and self-motivated, able to deliver results working in a distributed team
  • Experience in financial analysis, audit or accounting
  • Intermediate English level or higher
  • Located in Europe

Would be a plus but not required:

  • Degree in Science
