Onboarding & implementation
Portside is highly configurable to meet the needs of your operation and your customers. Our onboarding
& implementation team, led by a dedicated account manager, is here to help you every step of the way:
from the initial setup to developing product enhancements necessary to support your unique requirements.
Training
Following implementation, we typically conduct 2-3 training sessions with your team to make sure everyone
feels comfortable using our platform. On-demand follow-up sessions are available to train new team
members. Contact your account manager to schedule a training session.
Support
Once live, customers have access to a dedicated US and Europe based support team that is able to assist
you in real time. Whether you need support, training, or have an idea for new functionality, we are here
